By accessing or using Naija Reality Check (naijareality.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. By submitting a response, you represent that you are a Nigerian national or person of Nigerian heritage aged 18 or above.

You agree NOT to: • Submit multiple responses with the intent to manipulate platform data • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit responses • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform security • Impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your identity or state of residence • Use the platform for commercial data scraping without written authorisation • Attempt to interfere with the platform's anti-manipulation systems

Your responses, once submitted, contribute to the aggregate dataset owned by Naija Reality Check. Insights, reports, and analyses generated from the data are copyright Naija Reality Check. You may reference and cite our data with attribution but may not reproduce reports in full without permission.

Use of Naija Reality Check data in political campaigning, electoral advertising, or partisan advocacy is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to publicly disclose any misuse of our data by political actors.

The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of aggregated data or its fitness for any particular purpose. Data represents citizen sentiment, not objective measurement of governance quality.

Naija Reality Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on platform data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform with 14 days notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
